Do i need to return to home country to gain a working visa?

Question: Hi there, I am coming out to Uganda in June and have lined up a number of possible working opportunities. If i were offered one of these would i then be required to fly back to the UK to gain a working visa? Is it possible to head into Kenya or Rwanda instead and apply for one? Many thanks

Answer: Hello Darren, thanks for this inquiry.
My advice is that you should use the time you have been allowed to stay in Uganda as a visitor to process your Work permit.
