LETTER OF INVITATION TO MINISTER/SPEAK

Question: I am a Minister from Pakistan (Pakistani Citizen) and I have a Pastor friend in Uganda who wants me to come to speak in meetings in his city. What information is needed/required in the Invitation Letter that I will show upon my arrival in Uganda?
Also is there a minimum amount of $ per day needed to prove financial capability during my visit?

Answer: Your invitation letter should have a proper address, phone and contact person in Uganda who can be contacted to prove that he exists and that he invited you in case of any doubt.

The Minimum funds will depend on whether the Ministry which invited you will cater for you or you're the one catering for yourself. You should have a minimum balance for hotel accommodation and for eating.Return air-ticket.Determine the amount of money you need to have to cater for yourself per day.Hotel accommodation can be as low as US$20 up to over US$200 per night.
