The falls was as you would expect impressive....,but it was interestingly the camp site that we will remember. We have got better at chasing off monkey packs intent on stealing anything edible. DAY 1- Travel from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park
You will travel from Kampala at 0800hrs and drive through the famous Luwero triangle.
Make a stop over at Masindi hotel and have your breakfast.You will take about 8 hours to reach Murchison Falls.
Drive to the park through Budongo forest on the western arm of the Great Rift Valley and you will enjoy the fabulous falls where the Nile perfects its gorgeous falls concocts a deafening roar and rainbow in a spiral of the spray.
Cross the great River Nile by a ferry before you retire to the superb confort and service of your favourite Safari lodge in Murchison Falls Park.

DAY 2- Explore the wild at Murchison Falls National Park
After your breakfast and you will be transferred to northern part of the park for a game drive.
Here you will enjoy viewing Elephants,Buffaloes, Bushbucks, Lions, and a variety of bird species.
After your lunch, proceed for a two-hour launch cruise up to the substructure of the mighty Murchison falls where sinister water escapes from the narrow gorge.
This is an opportunity for you to see the amazing hippos, crocodiles, water birds along the river banks.
Return to your safari lodge for dinner and overnight stay for the second day.
DAY 3- End your Safari through Budongo Forest and Travel back to Kampala
On the thrid and final day of your 3 day Murchison falls safari, after your breakfast you will cross the Nile river back via Budongo forest and you will have your lunch at Masindi hotel.
You may also go chimpanzee tracking at Pabidi Budongo forest on day three in the morning before driving back to kampala.
Return to Kampala and end your 3 day Africa game viewing safari.| Tip If you have an early morning flight the next day, then book into your favorite Entebbe Hotel to avoid missing your flight. However, if you have an evening flight the next day, then you can book into a kampala hotel for one night and take an airport shuttle to Entebbe Airport the following day. |
