I AM A NIGERIAN TRAVELLING FROM DR CONGO TO ENTTEBBE WITH A VIEW TO TRANSITING TO NAIROBI IMMEDIATELY. CAN I OBTAIN A TRANSIT VISA UPON ARRIVAL?
