Swedish girls

QUESTION:

We are 2 swedish girls who have booked a flight to Uganda/Entebbe in January, we are going to look for malaria ill and polio ill children in Lira for 2 weeks (18 days in Uganda). We have some problems where to get Visas. Uganda has no Embassy in Sweden, so where do we search for Visas?

Am from Finland and my girl friend is from Rwanda. We are planning to get married in July from Uganda.
What documents we have to present at Uganda Magistrate and how much do we have to pay. A friend of mine said that we have to register our marriage 3 months before, which is impossible to me bkz my holiday will be only one month there.
Is it possible that someone else can register our marriage?? Is there any kind of express marriage which exists in Uganda?? If yes, how much does it coast?

Hi, am from Sweden and I've recently been to Uganda. There is no problem getting a tourist visa upon arrival at Entebbe airport. Just have 50 dollars ready (or more), and you will get it as you go through the passport control.
