Tax incentives for Uganda Oil Companies

Question:
Are there any specific tax incentives for independent oil companies to come to Uganda?

Answer:

Uganda Oil companies were offered incentives until 2010 when independent oil companies were scrapped off these tax incentives as Stipulated in Section 89 of the Income Tax Act CAP 340.
