Uganda visa qualification for Swedish Passport

Question
I am a refugee by status with an alien passport issued by Sweden government under the Geneva convention. I therefore would like to know:

1- if i am qualified for Uganda visa equally like Swedish people and with same time of processing .

2- is it possible to travel from Uganda to Kenya with Uganda visa otherwise i look forward to positive responds

Answer:

I would think your passport will be accepted in Uganda if it is acceptable in Europe.
You will however need to get a Kenyan Visa at your port of entry into the country, the your Uganda Visa will not be accepted in Kenya.

The East African Community is currently in the process of working out an East African Visa but where you would be able to enter Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania , Rwanda, and Burundi with one visa; but this is something that cannot happen today.
