Visa to Uganda for Kazakshtan citizen

Question:I am a citizen of Kazakhtstan. I am flying to to Uganda to do some charity work with Canadians citizens for 4 days only. I have a bank statement, return tickets and a credit card. Do I have to apply for my visa in advance? All people who travel with me are not going to do it. Shall I? Is there any risk that I won't get my visa upon arrival?
