Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Polish citizen traveling from Rwanda to Uganda. Is it possible for me to get visa at the point of entry, on the border, without applying in advance? How much is it?

Hello Anna, it’s very possible for you to get a visa at the point of entry without prior application. It goes for U$ 50 per individual.
