Question:
I am a Sudanese by nationality and I'm planning to visit Uganda.
I intend to request a visitor's visa for one week...
Do i actually need a visa? or How shall I apply for it...?

Answer
Dear Abdalla,
You certainly need a visa for your visit to Uganda.
You being of Sudanese origin does not qualify you to enter Uganda without a visa because Sudan is not part of the East African Community.

My advice is that you should board your plane to Uganda an apply for the Ugandan visa at the Entebbe Airport Immigration desk upon your arrival .

Good enough Uganda has a good number of Sudanese residents and students. Many of these have acquired Ugandan visas either at the Airport or at the Uganda-Sudan Boarder.
