I WANT TO EXPORT FURNISHING CLOTH FROM INDIA TO UGANDA WHAT IS THE TAX & DUTY ON THAT IMPORT CLOTH IN UGANDA?

Answer:
1. Customs duty namely:
• Advalorem import duty charge of 10% of CIF value
• Specific duty for cases where it might be necessary
2. 18% Vat is charge on the garments
